Chili Cook Off

Calling all chili teams!! Please tell Lisa or Kirsten who will be on your group of three.

 Chili Cooking Teams must furnish their own supplies & cleanup their area before
leaving, after judging
 All Chili must be cooked on-site with SCRATCH ingredients the day of the cook-off
 NO FILLERS (beans, pasta, rice, hominy, etc)
 NO commercial mixes are permitted (JUST ADD MEAT Mixes)
 Chili ground meat or ground chuck only (no cubed meat)
 ONE pot of chili per team (minimum 4 quarts) – max 3 members per team
 INGREDIENTS: Meat, chili powder, other individual spices chopped onion, tomato,
sauces, peppers, and similar ingredients are acceptable. NO VEGETABLE CHILI.

COOKING STARTS @ 8AM * TURN-IN @ 1PM * WINNERS & AWARDS @ 2PM
TASTING STARTS @ 1PM AFTER TURN-IN
$5.00 DONATION TO TASTE & VOTE FOR PEOPLE’S CHOICE
