Calling all chili teams!! Please tell Lisa or Kirsten who will be on your group of three.
Chili Cooking Teams must furnish their own supplies & cleanup their area before
leaving, after judging
All Chili must be cooked on-site with SCRATCH ingredients the day of the cook-off
NO FILLERS (beans, pasta, rice, hominy, etc)
NO commercial mixes are permitted (JUST ADD MEAT Mixes)
Chili ground meat or ground chuck only (no cubed meat)
ONE pot of chili per team (minimum 4 quarts) – max 3 members per team
INGREDIENTS: Meat, chili powder, other individual spices chopped onion, tomato,
sauces, peppers, and similar ingredients are acceptable. NO VEGETABLE CHILI.
COOKING STARTS @ 8AM * TURN-IN @ 1PM * WINNERS & AWARDS @ 2PM
TASTING STARTS @ 1PM AFTER TURN-IN
$5.00 DONATION TO TASTE & VOTE FOR PEOPLE’S CHOICE
