PCH Chili Cookoff

Chili cookoff time.  We want to get a great team going this year - winner of the regional in February gets home field advantage next year and we will definately have a new shop to show off in February 2021.  

Get your team together - must cosists of at least 3 members, but you may have four.  Standard Texas Chili rules apply - no corn, rice, pasta, beans or fillers (you know, stuff that makes it soup.). Regional rules state no "game" meat, but if you want to show off your deer chili recipe, or bear meat - yum - that is fine but we can't enter it at regional so bring a recepie involving meat we can buy at the store, chili, tomatoes, and peppers plus whatever good stuff and secret ingredients you can think of - I hear someone used Bloody Mary Mix in the past. . .   imagination and creativity counts.  

Keep in mind, creativity and showmanship count - teams are judged on the Chilli recepie and THEME!  So dress up, create a great name, and decorate.  If you have a team and no decorations,
